The Department of Human Services is seeking applicants for the full-time, 37.5 hour per week Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Program Manager. The HMIS Program Manager assists Barnstable County Department of Human Services in coordinating the Cape Cod & Islands Continuum of Care (CoC) HMIS and Coordinated Entry. Applicants should have a Bachelors Degree; minimum of five years’ experience working on housing/homelessness, database management and/or analysis, program monitoring, security compliance or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Successful candidates will have knowledge of housing/homelessness in the Cape and Islands Region; the functions of a CoC; experience convening community stakeholders and Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Position is eligible for hybrid work schedule upon successful completion of probationary period.
