The Cod Fish II continued work in Pamet Harbor, Truro, but with strong winds blowing on and off and a mechanical breakdown that was quickly repaired, the completion of the project has been delayed.

Another day is needed to complete this project then we’ll be moving onto Provincetown to work in the harbor along MacMillan Wharf. More on this project once we are settled in.

The Sand Shifter was moved back to Cotuit to get ready for the dredging project in Little Bay, Bourne. This project will be a first for the Sand Shifter in Bourne and will be a rather sizeable project with an estimated volume of 19,000 Cubic Yards that will be dredged from the channel in Little Bay. It will also require the use of the Cod Fish I (that was recently converted to a Booster Station) as the length of pipe / pumping required will be in excess of 6,000 feet.

Here’s to calm seas and fair winds!
