2:05 P.M.         FINAL PRESENTATION OF THE PROPOSED FY 2015 BUDGET.

2:15 P.M.         VOTE TO EXECUTE THE LETTER OF SUPPORT FOR THE PROPOSED MASSACHUSETTS HOUSE BILL 2516 “DEEDS EXCISE RECEIPTS”.

2:25 P.M.         PRESENTATION OF THE HUMAN SERVICES NEW HEALTH AND WELLNESS WEBSITE.           

2:45 P.M.         REQUEST FOR COUNTY’S FUNDING TO SUPPORT THE EFFORTS OF THE STREET CRIME UNIT IN THE TOWNS OF BARNSTABLE, MASHPEE AND YARMOUTH.

COMMISSIONERS’ ACTIONS:

1)       Vote to Approve Minutes of February 14, 2014.

2)       Votes of the Board of Regional Commissioners:

  • Approval of prepayment and transfer requests over $25,000.
  • Review and approval of bid awards over $25,000.
  • Approval of Contracts and Contract Amendments over $25,000.

3)       Review of all actions taken by the County Administrator under $25,000.  personnel actions and out-of-state travel requests

REPORTS FROM COMMISSIONERS AND COUNTY ADMINISTRATORS

  • Individual reports from the Commissioners on attendance at functions and events of note
  • Weekly report from the County Administrator
  • Report from the Assistant County Administrator
  • New Business: (This time is being reserved for topics that the chair did not reasonably anticipate would be discussed)
